Who Run The (Music) World? Girls!

At a time when Ellie Goulding, Beyoncé and Rihanna are reigning over the charts, dominating festival bills and selling out venues the world-over, it feels good to be a woman in music right now. So, I went behind the scenes to meet the ladies who’ve bagged the best jobs backstage, from inside music magazines and record labels, to studio techs and bloggers.

The biggest of thanks to the lovely ladies who took part, including Public City PR’s Emma Van Duyts (pictured with the mighty Deftones, who, I’m pretty sure, just made their Marie Claire debut), NME’s Eve Barlow, Latitude’s Tania Harrison and a few more super fab gals.
